These are the only shoes that help the ulcers on my diabetic feet heal. I wore the shoes two days under regular use and a chunk of rubber sole came out of the left shoe? Flow Feet replied immediately and rectified the situation fairly. Great customer service

We are sorry to hear the shoes had a defect on the sole. Can you please submit photos of the defect to our customer service team so we can submit for a replacement to be sent to you?

Great website with shoes to fit hard to fit feet. Nicely displayed with guidelines for certain kinds of issues. Also return policy is better than some with 1 st pair no return fee for postage.
