Make sure you deliver what I ask for .Purchase of at least 6 pairs of shoes at 6E thru 9 E are not proper sizes. I GAVE UP ORDERING

That shoe was returned for a refund. I wear an 11 or 11 1/2. The shoe was in fact more than 12 inches long even though labeled as 11 1/2. The extra wide was good but the length was impossible for me. I ordered another pair at 10 1/2. Since I can't try these on before purchasing my fingers are crossed that they run consistently large.

Don't buy from them they will refuse to refund you of they don't fit. Bought a pair of shoes wore them for 8 hrs to check the fit. They hurt my feet so I returned them. Was later told I would not be refunded because I wore them. This is an online shoe store that does not accept returns if you've worn the shoe. How are you supposed to check the fit? The company then says they showed wear and hence can't be refunded. The shoes came to me with toe creases and then flowfeet blames me for them and refuses to refund. If the shoes shows wear (which they did not) in as little as 8 hrs then the shoe is defective and should be refunded anyway. The soles look brand new no wear at all. No refund.

I originally ordered a pair of shoes from this company on June 11. After not hearing from them for two weeks, I called and they still did not have a shipping number but told me that the shoes were delayed. I asked them why I had not had any communication from them and the guy could not tell me why. The shoes finally showed up around July 1. They were the wrong size. I immediately called the company and told them they had sent me the wrong size. The guy I spoke to said he would be happy to send me a return label and would not charge me the $10 to return the shoes if I wanted to exchange for the correct size. He even put me on hold to call the warehouse to make sure that they had that pair of shoes. he assured me that the shoes would go out as soon as possible. It has been two weeks since I had that conversation with that gentleman and I have yet to have any kind of communication or a tracking number from this company. I sent another email to their customer service and got no response.I’m giving it two more days to see if by some miraculous chance they show up and then I’m going to call and ask them to cancel my order. I definitely do not recommend ordering from this company. Their lack of communication needs a lot of work.

Ordered a 14,9E for my hubbys swollen feet , didn't even come close to fitting ,he currently wears a 13,4E which actually fits him better. Very disappointed.Returning

The product fell apart within 20 days. Absolute garbage. Will be seeking a full refund.. Followup, I will give Flowfeet credit. They warranteed the shoes. I have been shipped a new pair free. Hopefully, it was just a oddity, I am wearing the new ones now. So far so good.

I paid extra for 2 day shipping and a week later...no updates at all. They charged my credit card but haven't shipped anything. I emailed them and have not gotten a response. I will have to file a fraud case against them.

The customer service for this company is awful. Every week for 3 months I was told I would get my shoes. They never came.
