Scammers Scammers Scammers. Made the order and never saw the flowers or refund. Get your shit together Britain and go round this lot up!

Pretty much the same as everyone else.i put 2 orders in they took my money,then said there were no florists,then said theyd send refund 2 weeks later still nothing,said they had flagged it when emailed them. These are Scammers..do not use them..

I give zero stars. My order was cancelled by Flowershop network and yet they still took the money out of my bank account. The money was taken out of my account on 18th May and I have still not received a refund despite emails being sent to them asking for refund to be sent.

I'd rate zero stars if I could. They advertise a same day service and I paid for a same day service. Then I received an email to say a no florist was available. I requested a full refund but after three weeks of emails back and forth still no money returned all I've been told is it's been "flagged with the finance team". Starting to feel like a scam. If not, this is an extremely badly run business.

SCAMMERS! have read reviews and same happened to me. Ordered some flowers for my 87 year old Mother in Law who recently had to have her dog put to sleep, MinL suffering from Shingles and has Macular Degeneration so flowers might go someway to ease her pain/suffering. Everyone who is thinking of ordering flowers from Flowershopnetworks to keep well away. Have asked for a refund several times but nothing happened. Still waiting.

They took my money (immediately), informed half way through the delivery date that it couldn't be done, it then takes 10 days to refund - scam. Was sent there by a trusted flower shop
