Totally Displeased
I was very displeased with the floral arrangement. It was NOTHING like the photo on lone. The while point was red and white as the description stated. I order an almost $300.00 flower for my sorority sister and our colors are red and white. It was offensive to receive a pink and white flower as this are the colors of another sorority. I also specified a purple ribbon which had special meaning to us but instead it was lavender at best. I am thoroughly displeased. I will never order from you again and I will urge all of my sorors not to as well.

Dear Katina, we're very sorry you were displeased with your order. Your order did specify "Substitute similar product if unavailable" so we can't fault the assigned florist for using pink and white instead of red and white flowers. They had no way of knowing what colors represent any given sorority group. If you had specified "no substitutions" on the order form, we could have asked the local florist to approve the color change before creating the arrangement. We believe the florist did their best to create and deliver a beautiful sympathy tribute.
