Never buy flowers from this place! If you want your flowers to arrive at all.. look elsewhere. I ordered 2 dozen roses a full 20 days before Valentine’s Day and was supposed to have them delivered 4 days before actual Valentine’s Day and instead of flowers I received an email saying that the flowers were not coming and my order was cancelled due to a delay in airlines.. I called fed ex international priority direct distribution and they informed me there were no delays. So all Flower Explosion will sell you is lies and disappointment. Do not trust this company if you need your l flowers on time or for any special occasion. They won’t come

I ordered 4 dozen roses for a graduation ceremony the first part of May. I requested they be here by May 15th. They shipped on May 12th. When I received the tracking information, I emailed the company and told them the tracking info showed a delivery date of May 18th. The graduation ceremony was May 17th. I received an email back telling me that the info was wrong and that the roses would be here on May 15th. May 15th arrived, and I received an email that morning saying that the roses would not arrive until the 18th, blaming it on Mother’s Day orders, FedEx, etc. I emailed them telling them I was disappointed and that the roses would be for nothing at that point. The roses arrived yesterday (late) and after opening both boxes, we only received 3 of the 4 dozen roses that we ordered. I emailed them today to let them know that and I received an email back today with their customer service all but directly calling me a liar. Based on the number of flowers listed on the box, according to them, I can’t possibly have been shorted. So, if you want late flowers and a number less than what you ordered, this is the company to go with. And on top of it all, they’ll tell you you’re a liar.

I ordered 36 roses for my mother for Mother’s Day and they only sent 24. I reached out to them and sent pics of everything clearly showing that only 24 were sent and they refused to fix the issue and were incredibly rude. The flowers were also wilted and the buds were partially tore up. Very expensive for such a hideous arrangement.

Worst customer service ever. No real remorse for their clients. They will let a bride think her flowers are taken care of for months the 4 days before her wedding day they aren’t fit to be shipped. They then act as though they will send you other flowers in replace and those will magically get lost. Then the bride is left without one of her main flowers 3 days before her wedding and has to call frantically around town looking for flowers. Your wedding is suppose to happy and relaxing and these people made mine a nightmare. Stay far away.

The first time I ordered through this company was fantastic. However, the last two times I have ordered flowers have all ended negatively. I selected a delivery date, was never contacted to inform me that my delivery date was changed due to "quality assurance". I needed the flowers for an event the next day, hence the selected delivery date. Called to check the status and was informed my flowers would arrive on the day of the event. They arrived literally last minute and they were in REALLY bad shape. Like limp and wilted and already dying bad shape. Next incident: On January 28th I ordered flowers to be delivered on the 8th of February so I could have them for another event on the 9th. I received no tracking e-mail. I emailed them and said if I don't receive my flowers by the date I picked, I will not be happy. I received an e-mail on the 7th stating they would be overnighted and I would receive an tracking update e-mail. Still have yet to receive those flowers and the tracking e-mail still says pending... Was called by a representative and asked if I would like new flowers sent to arrive on the 9th at no cost to me. Ummm, no. I needed them by the 8th FOR the 9th. I was also told I would receive a full refund, which has not happened yet either. It is now the 10th, and I guess my flowers are out there somewhere in the world lost. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Especially if you want flowers to actually be delivered.

Do not buy from Flower Explosion!!! I ordered a dozen roses and they arrived wilted with barely any life left in them. They were in transit for 4 days with no water vials attached to the ends of each rose! They were shipped from Quito, Ecuador not California. I immediately clipped them and placed in water with flower food upon arrival and waited  a day before contacting the company in hopes the water would magically rejuvenate them, I had no such luck. I provided photos with my complaint and received an email back saying the roses looked great and to make sure I clip them and peel back the outer 5 pedals. If I were to peel back all the wilted pedals I would be left with stems. Very bad experience all around!
