Amazing Product and Team
The system is robust and can handle multiple platforms simultaneously. This is the only way to maximize your outbound prospecting while you focus on other parts of your business. Sean and his team are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help you succeed!

Not as automated as it’s promoted to be…
Not as automated as it’s promoted to be and compared to other software, the cost is way too expensive. Everything that can be automated on the back end has to be manually started on the front end which negates the automatic process.

Thanks for posting this so we can further support you with FlowChat. As promoted, FlowChat has scheduled automations that run hourly, daily or at the custom frequency that you schedule. All on their own. How to do this is covered in our fast start guide, onboarding call, and in our training videos. Additionally we offer 4 live support calls per week to help set these up with you. If you are still looking to leverage these scheduled automations to run on their own everyday, please email [email protected] and we can help get these setup for ya!

Too many features not working and no live chat support Feels like I am paying for something I am not getting
Response from FlowChatJul 31, 2024
Hi, the feature you reported as not being working is now working. Like we explained in our email, sometimes social platforms make changes and we need to update our browser extension to support those changes, during that time period the affected feature(s) might not be working. We do offer multiple support channels but live chat is not one of them, the different ways to get support are listed in our pricing page so it shouldn't be a surprise to you. If there are any other features not working, please send an email to our support at [email protected] You can get support through our 2 weekly support calls, you can find the schedules on your dashboard, also by support email which is what you used, and on the members-only Facebook Group (the link is on your Dashboard).
