I love this software! Simple to use, keeps all my messaging organized and the reporting is amazing. There is a strategy and they teach it well along side the software so not to worry if you are new to dm'ing for leads!! They just keep adding new features, it is all I have used for leads since they launched it!

The customer service it top notch. They go above and beyond to support their clients and honestly cover all bases of needs. My favorite part is that you get to talk to real people to get your questions answered! Also, the technology and service itself is so cool and exactly what I needed for my business.

My computer is a few years old and may not be compatible with the software. The extension does not work to download leads. I would really like to use this, but will probably have to cancel.

Hi William, great to see you on our weekly support call today, I think you posted this review before the call, because this issue was resolved. Our new extension is a lot easier to use and supports 9 social networks now! We're in the process of moving everyone over to the new version. Moving forward whenever you have questions or need support please make sure to come to our weekly support calls on Tue/Thu, this issue was simple to solve and could have been resolved a lot sooner just by coming to one of our weekly support sessions. The schedules and link to join are on your dashboard.
