My hair is white, now it is 100% black. The only problem is that it is really black and not really my color, my wife does not like it much. But the product works great,covers all the gray down to the roots. I have tried other products which do not work this well.

package came damaged. missing magnets. maybe stronger packaging, instead of just a flimsy plastic bag would prevent this?

One star is two stars too many! The ad I ordered from made the item look like a special edition Hot Wheels car (even had the logo). What arrived two months later is a horrible, 3D printed, piece of garbage. It looks like an inmate carved it from a bar of soap.
