Para empezar compre dos aparatos de frecuencia, los pagué y nunca llegaron !!!! Contacte con ellos y me dijeron que tuviera paciencia que llegarían y nunca fue así se quedaron con mi dinero y decidieron que no era su culoa le echáron la culpa al transportista 3 meses después sigo sin nada ni dinero ni producto la unica solución que me ofrecieron es devolver me la mitad del dinero y pues como es de entender sigo peleando con ellos para que envien los productos o que me hagan un reintegro del total que pague no de la mitad me parece un fraude

Nicely designed, but minimal instructions, and doesn't connect up with my smart TV or (apparently) with my PC. so from my point of view a waste of money, I'm afraid.

It took days before I could get the ink to go into the pen from the cartridge. Don't know why.
