I love working with Flowspace. The system is easy to use and the staff is extremely helpful. My favorite person is definitely Joy, I've never met such a sweet/happy person. She is willing to help with anything and always has a solution to any problem.

Great team to work with. They understood our set-up and brought us business which was appropriate. They also understood we were new to developing this business with our extra warehouse capacity and provided helpful guidance. They were responsive and worked to resolve details that arose with customers or with getting going with the software. It has been a pleasure to work with Troy on the sales side and Joy on the customer service side.

The company was a life saver for our small company as we needed something like this for a situation we had. Loved working with Joy, she was very helpful and got things done quickly. My beef is with finance. We agreed this would be a one time thing. I paid my invoice right away and still got billed a second time, for the same services that had already been done and this time the price was different. I quickly emailed Joy about this, she assured me it would be taken care of. Well, $1900 had been deducted from our account for the second billing due to a credit on file (and one I cannot delete from the account) and it's been over a month. I have emailed, they (finance) have assured me it would be taken care of....still trying to get my refund back. *** Update*** Got my refund back, they fixed the problem within the system, so all should be good now.

Working with Joy Wilson at Flowspace has been extremely enjoyable. She is very quick to respond and provides excellent customer service.

Flowspace has been a godsend for our company. Exactly what we needed, a great space and an even better logistics team to help manage our inventory. Sean was wonderful in the onboarding process and Oscar has been nothing short of fantastic with all the logistics and outbound orders we have! He gets us great options, fast delivery with seamless communication. Great platform, easy communication, you can't go wrong.

I have loved my experience with Oscar and the Flowspace team. He is very quick to answer and fix issues, even some that were our doing. I appreciate his patience and understanding as well as his outgoing and friendly personality. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is needing space/coordination.
