It's very easy to learn and use, I allows me to keep an eye on each order and know the status. To improve, I previously had some trouble with the inventory adjustments. I was only able to delete or add units in for a SKU but I couldn't choose the location. I just have received a Newsletter explaining that now is possible, but I haven't tried it yet. On the other hand, I would like to highlight the good customer service offered. Oscar and JR are always reachable, quick answers and oriented to solution. Good job :)

Flowspace is the best, super easy to use. Makes accessing customers very easy. Cuts out the stress of sending documents to the incorrect contacts and assures real time communication. Working with JR Abdelhamid and OPS is great, the team is very helpful and response time is fast.

Jenee' is outstanding!!! This was our first time on a very friendly user system and what little trouble we had she was very proactive to assist. Looking forward to a long relationship with this company!!!!

We switched to Flow.space after using another fulfillment service for two-plus years. Our experience so far has been very positive. Some highlights: * Very responsive and helpful employees, including our first contact Casey who explained the fee structures, fulfillment capabilities, etc.; our main ongoing point of contact, Joy, who functions as an all-around troubleshooter and liaison between us and the warehouse/staff where our inventory is stored; and Joel, the technical lead who has helped us with Shopify integration. * Competitive pricing, both for storage and shipping costs. * Much faster/clearer communication with warehouse that makes it much more efficient to fulfill special orders than we experienced at prior fulfillment service. A few key interface/dashboard capabilities, like being able to easily attach photos, messages to specific orders, makes a world of difference.
