Not as advertised
The advertisement for the bag was great. Unfortunately, my experience with the vacuum portion of the bag was nothing like the advertisement. I had to use another bag for my most recent trip.

Hi Randolph, we are sorry the bag let you down on your trip. The vacuum function is the main reason to buy it, so if it did not work for you, something is wrong and we want to sort it out. Two things usually tell us what: whether the compression zip seals along its full length, and whether the pump holds pressure on its own. Either one failing is covered by our three-year warranty. The chest buckle came off twice mid…
The chest buckle came off twice mid trip. I had to replace twice. Now the strap that holds the pack to a carryon came completely unstitched. I travel with it once to twice a month. It sure isn’t holding up well. Sent email about strap and awaiting response. I will keep looking for the perfect backpack.Update: Flovir refunded 40 percent of the cost of the bag.

Hi Ann, we are really sorry. Having the same buckle fail twice on one trip, and then having to fix it yourself, is exactly what a travel bag should spare you. That is a defect rather than normal wear, and it is covered by our three-year warranty. You should never have been paying for replacement parts. It’s alright, would not buy again
Backpack seems good, no vacuum pump included? And no instructions/key for the TSA lock? WTF for 140$

Received my backpack but it was defect…
Received my backpack but it was defect (leaking air). Reached out to customer support that responded great in the beginning but then ghosted me. They said they would send me a new bag, but after waiting for a few months and nothing happenedi reached out to them again and then they said they had refunded me, but after waiting for yet another month, and no refund, wrote to them again, and since then, no answer, no reply. Totally ghosted. The customer service process has taken almost half a year and the outcome is nothing. So please be careful when buying from them. If you receive a faulty backpack, expect no support and consider your money lost!
