I purchased the hanger travel backpack which was advertised to be able to carry at least a weeks worth of clothes. I packed for 2 days away. On my second trip the backpack straps broke away from the bag. Terrible construction! It’s hard to get an answer from the company. Contact details are hard to find. Ended up responding to an advertisement email. No response to my first email. On my second email they offered me a 30% refund if I keep the bag (now totally useless) or 100% refund if I post the bag back to the States from Australia. Great concept, poor construction and poor complaint management.

I received this bad pack travel luggage. Item. I was very confused as to how to pack it. I did pack it. I took it on one car trip, and literally the whole thing fell apart at first one of the shoulder straps pulled out. And then as I was getting out of the car, I opened it up and the whole top this panel pulled out its garbage, do not buy it. I'm going to try to get a refund for the piece of garbage. Even if I it hadn't fallen apart, it was the most nonsensical thing. I've ever bought if you use all of the pieces, you can barely fit any clothing, much less shoes. It's good for like, two days tops, and then it falls apart.

they sent a bag with an irregular zipper & their AI customer service wont refund me until i pay to retirn the defective bag myself. which seems like a scam in itself. BUYER BEWARE - bag doesnt fit 14 days of cloths, customer service is AI & they wont refund dissatified customers without u paying more money to send it back. NO REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I tried to set the TSA lock on your bag, and did it as the instructions asked, and my 3 digit code did not work and I have not been able to use the TSA lock feature on the bag. I emailed to request guidance and was just sent a link to a YouTube video on how to set the TSA lock...it's a shame since I set my code the way I was instructed so it is an issue with your product.

This group that sells this backpack is a joke! They send you the items one by one, then, some items don't make it to you. When you request a refund, they email you and tell you that there has been problems with their warehouse and shipping is delayed. To further placate you, they offer you a 20% discount on your purchase price. When you don't accept that, they then offer you a 40% discount. If you still want to return the items for a full refund, they tell you that you have to send your entire order in one box and ship it back to them for inspection. They do NOT pay for return shipping! The cost to ship all items back is probably the same amount that you spent on the backpack! And.....with NO guarantee that they won't try to pull "your item got lost in the mail and we couldn't refund your purchase...... Buyer be very wary....

Did not receive parcel they came up with some fake tracking that stated parcel was delivered at 1030pm which it was not Zero customer service Link to tracking comes up with a possible virus and not to open Do not trust them Bad company

Bought a backpack AND the vacuum pump. Got 2 separate tracking numbers for each item. The backpack always said Parcel Information Received, while I could supposedly track the pump. Well I got the backpack and some other random items in a wonky, ripped and mummified with tape plastic bag, but no pump. When I reach out to their customer service email, it gets bounced back to me saying my message contains spam or a virus, even when I use my work email. When I contact through the website, nothing. This is some bait and switch nonsense and the item received isn't worth it.
