I purchased the Royal Shell massage…
I purchased the Royal Shell massage chair from Floridian and enjoyed it for about two years before it unfortunately broke. While the chair itself was excellent and setup was easy, my initial experience with customer service was extremely frustrating. I had to deal with several unhelpful representatives who gave poor communication, broken promises of callbacks, and no real solutions. I was constantly the one having to follow up. Eventually, Ganzy and Jaxson took over my case — and that’s when things finally turned around. Recognizing all the trouble I had gone through, they decided to offer me an upgrade to the Pioneer 4D rather than attempting another repair. Throughout their handling of the situation, they kept me informed with regular calls and clear updates. We absolutely love the new chair, and I truly appreciate Ganzy and Jaxson’s professionalism and effort in making things right after a difficult process. Thank you again, Ganzy and Jaxson, for stepping up and taking care of everything.

I have tried the legend chair 2 times…
I have tried the legend chair 2 times now. This chair is phenomenal for stretching and message. I have chronic back problems and this chair is fantastic!
