The owners were so accomodating and personable and they made sure we had everything we needed and if we didn't all we had to do was ask. The condo was decorated so sweet and the bed was so comfortable. A great place to stay!

My wife Lin and I, longtime snowbirds in the Ponce Inlet area, could not have found a better place to rent for our three month vacation this year. Trust the pictures. This property has been tastefully renovated, providing a cheerful bright, open floor experience. The patio sits on an inner courtyard, beautifully landscaped with palm trees and flowering bushes and featuring a heated pool. Although close to downtown Daytona, the Sea Havens complex is an oasis situated ideally between the ocean and the Halifax River/ intracoastal, each just a short walk away. You will also be close to many local and state parks and a diverse array of restaurants. Do not pass up the chance of seeing Old Florida with a drive though the live oaks along Peninsula Avenue near the lighthouse. The owner, Sonya, is a pleasure to work with

This home is so comfortable and inviting. My sister and I stayed 3wks -- everything is provided except personal items and food. The screened lani is perfect for morning coffee and watching wildlife on lake. Our host Mr Lewis cked in several times to make sure we had everything. Kayaks, beach items, and being so close to beach and shopping this is a perfect location. A 10 to Mr Lewis for such a clean home, quietest neighborhood we've ever had and all round perfect stay.
