This company was very easy and straightforward to deal with. They seem to have everything well covered. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The home is a great layout and has all the amenities necessary for your stay. This is our second winter here and recommend this highly. Landlord responded quickly anytime contacted. Close to Beaches and shopping in Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, and Venice

This house checked all the boxes and more for our friends vacation. Lots of King Size Beds and plentiful bathrooms. 4 houses from the beach. Well equipped and owner was available to answer questions about pool and TV operation. We would definitely recommend and rent again.

What a pleasant surprise. Condo is nicely updated and clean as a whistle. It was AMAZING staying right on the beach. Take the elevator down to the parking garage and walk right out to the beach. LOVED having the full kitchen--very well stocked. Joyce was a great communicator; always very responsive whenever I reached out. Can't wait to come back !!!

John was great to deal with.

Great place. Close to everything.

Perfect month of rest and relaxation in this beautiful home--so very well appointed. Homeowner provides all the essentials from toilet paper to beach towels. She was very responsive and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and activities nearby. We will definitely return and recommend to others.

Heavenly home. Warm and the comforts of home. Never had such a serene vacation. Half a block from the beach, an upper and lower deck. One to view the sunrise, sunset and the beautiful water. The lower deck swing is such fun watching Mr and Mrs squirrel scampering the fences, birds singing and butterflies and dragonflies going flower to air. Being half a block to Thomas's restaurant was too delicious. Two blocks to walk to the Carousel grocery store where the staff was so friendly and helpful was super nice. I was so happy here. Thank you to Mr. Wise. He is just the best landlord ever.
