Salty Mermaid Vacation Rental in Anna Maria Island Even before arriving to Mia Bella, the communication with both Bella and David was incredible. They both go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and answer any questions you may have prior to even booking. The entire process was incredibly flawless. The house was perfect for us- meticulously clean, plenty of towels and linens and an array of kitchen supplies for any type of cooking (a bbq too). There are multiple rinse stations throughout the exterior of the property and an outdoor shower; we loved this amenity, it helps keep the sand out of the house and clean! The landscaping throughout the property is beautiful, take the time to go around and explore or watch the kayakers go by. You can launch your own kayaks directly from the house too! (If you need to rent kayaks, there are locations nearby- walking distance.) We were only a family of 5, so we mostly used the main house, but this property would be great for 2 families! There are 2 separate kitchens, 2 family rooms, each family could have their own space. This was the first time I could enjoy the pool with my family, the temperature was just perfect! (Usually they are way too cold for me.) The location of the house was fabulous, quiet and peaceful neighborhood, you are walking distance from both the Gulf and bay beaches (we got to watch the sun rise and set everyday), the pier, endless restaurants and stores. We rented a golf cart and explored the entire island- it was awesome! I can’t thank the Salty Mermaid enough for a wonderful, relaxing and perfect vacation at Anna Maria Island!

We would highly recommend this property or any of the other Florida Rentals. My father is disabled and the elevator made his stay very relaxing and manageable. The house is brand new and staff arr amazing at responding to any issues that may arise. It's a very short distance to the beach and the pool is amazing to jump into after a long day. We would highly recommend this rental and would book again!

We loved our stay here, it was fully stocked with all the kitchen and beach items needed. We liked the trundle bed in the sun room and it was very spacious for our family of 5 that stayed for almost a week. They only had one set of towel so we did have to do laundry several times, my only complaint.. we will be back!

We had a great day in this two-story four bedroom condo. The four bedroom was perfect for our family. The condo was spacious, but very clean, cozy and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the washer and dryer were nice to have. We loved our view overlooking the bay and we had the pool to ourselves for a whole eight days the five minute walk to South Beach was perfect. The beach was beautiful clean and the people were great. We did rent a car and having the covered parking spot was so good to have in the Florida heat. Pamela was so easy to deal with. She answered all of her questions to make sure that we could really enjoy our time and relax. The views in Marco were wonderful. We saw the resident owl lots of geckos, iguanas, beautiful birds we did a lot of nature tours and ate it some fantastic restaurants. We cannot wait to go back and stay at the condo again as soon as we can.

The Elizabeth house in PCB has been amazing for us. We have stayed two times under the current hosts and you will not find better people to rent from. They are very attentive and answer calls immediately and took care of very minor issues we had pop up. The property is very well kept, close to the beach and all the attractions. The kitchen and grill in the backyard allowed us to have sit down meals with our family, whom we were there to visit. The backyard is a good size and our dogs loved being out there. The pool really kept our grandkids busy for the whole week between the beach visits, and trips to the local attractions. we had on this trip 6 people staying there this trip and we all fit comfortably. Again, I can not say enough good things about the host family. They have been great to work with, from booking, paying, staying, and departure. If you are looking for a place to stay in PCB that is reasonably priced, located in a good spot, clean well and well maintained, this is the place for you. Thank you to Jerry and his family for helping us to create lifelong memories with our family. We will be back!

Excellent experience. Everything was perfect.

We have had our rental property on the Florida Rentals site for about 6 years now and they are the best! We are on one other site as well but it is very restrictive and we cannot speak to potential client until after they book.No opportunity to screen potential client. Also, far more expensive to use and instant booking can be stressful. I have recommended Florida Rentals to several friends that also have rental property. They are all pleased. The manager and staff could not be more helpful and friendly. THANK YOU FLORIDA RENTALS FOR KEEPING IT SIMPLE!!!!

It's marvelous. Perfect. It's difficult to try to spell out why and how it's as magnificent as it is. A sizeable but cozy place on the beach. To each side of you is an example of where someone went wrong. This beautiful place has a back yard that's gate opens right up to an exclusive beach front that's just for you. The beach is quite popular, and a lot of it is public, but make no mistake, this home is a piece of something you can't get anymore. Watch people gather, stake ground, and setup on a beach where they're specifically instructed to stay out of your way. It's truly something else.
