The comfortable, well stocked and thoughtful amenities in the apartment for us to use for two months from November to the end of December. This is a 5 star luxury condo which was very much a “ home from home” for two months. I would highly recommend this condo in a safe community in the centre of Ft. Myers. It is 10 minutes from Sanibel island and very close to the beach. There is a beautiful pool at the clubhouse as well and a walking / running track around a lake which leads to the pool. Gorgeous apartment !

The home we rented in Port Charlotte was everything it advertised and more. We were extremely comfortable (great beds & linens) and really enjoyed the heated pool and lanai. Everything in the home worked well, including TV cable, wifi, and all appliances, and the furniture was comfy, too. We especially enjoyed riding the two bikes provided & discovered Ollie's Pond Park, which ended up being one of our favorite places in the neighborhood - a beautiful, natural habitat to many species. The location was fine - an easy 10-15 minutes to anything we wanted (shopping, restaurants) and about 20-30 minutes to the beach. Steve (the owner) was exceptional in his communication with us before, during and after our stay. He truly wanted to be sure we had a positive experience in his home. We appreciate that so much!

A great place to stay on vacation The location of Warm Getaway villa is perfect for the Disney parks and the I4 for access to Universal and Seaworld parks. The villa itself has been renovated since our last stay and is a great place to relax, with games room, heated pool and sunny pool deck which is ideal for a morning read or swim. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well. equipped and living area is well furnished. The owner is responsive and so obviously takes pride in the villa. A great place to stay for a short or long vacation, and we will be returning later this year :).

What a wonderful home. And even more important were the host. Truely great people..we will be back. Everything was perfect. And the home was very well equipped with literally anything you needed.

If I had a choice I would give this place 10 ⭐️! We spent 2 beaut months here from November 1st till December 29, 2024. Great condo, remodeled from the bottom to the top, very comfortable, and cozy. Perfect location, close to everything, Siesta beach 8 minutes, downtown Sarasota shop center Main Street , Marina Jack’s, Ringling museum. Pool was heated to 85F from November 15 th. Great! We enjoyed our morning coffee in front of our veranda watching squirrels running on the palm tree. Gary was excellent to communicated with. People in the condo are very friendly and respectful. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family! Thank you Gary!

What a great vacation paradise! Very relaxing and so much to do in the area. The hosts were very attentive and helpful when recommending different activities to do in the area. The food was amazing and the condo amenities were perfect. I highly recommend booking your next visit here if you’re thinking about making a trip down to the keys.

This is a big house close to the beach. It has a great heated pool. The hot tub and tiki hut really make for a great family stay.

Communication was superb!
