Our stay at this beautifully renovated condo in Sunny Miramar Beach was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the location —just steps away from the breathtaking white sand beach and the sparkling Gulf waters. It truly doesn’t get better than that! The condo itself was pristine and thoughtfully designed. We were thrilled to be the first guests to stay in this freshly renovated unit, and it exceeded all of our expectations. Everything was brand new—from the appliances and furniture to the fresh paint, ceiling fans, plush carpets, and stylish décor. Every detail had been carefully curated to create a warm, welcoming, and luxurious atmosphere. The bedroom was incredibly cozy, with soft, high-quality linens and towels that made it feel like a luxury hotel. We especially appreciated the little personal touches like travel-size soaps, lotions, dish soap, garbage bags, and dishwasher tabs—all the essentials to get us started comfortably on our vacation. The living room was beautifully decorated and cozy, with a beautiful dining table where we enjoyed our meals, and a breakfast bar perfect for sipping coffee in the morning. We also loved sitting out on the patio and soaking in the peaceful views—it was the perfect place to unwind. One of the highlights of this condo was the stunning pool and hot tub just steps from our front door. It was the ideal way to relax after a day at the beach. Communication with the property manager, Sharon was excellent. She was incredibly responsive, easy to work with, and made sure we had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. From the fully stocked kitchen (with brand-new dishes, silverware, and cookware everything in kitchen is new ) to the overall cozy and inviting ambiance, we truly felt right at home. This place is a gem, and we can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious, and unforgettable beachside vacation.

The pool alone made the trip worth it! This is a kid and pet friendly rental with a fenced in yard and plenty of privacy from neighbors. The kitchen was fully stocked with things needed to cook that you wouldn't pack in your suit case. The host was very attentive and responded when I had questions! She also had some good recommendations on local food. The pool makes you want to stay at the rental all day but there was always something to do locally as well! We can't wait to come back!|

The two bedroom, two bath condo was comfortable, convenient, and well-outfitted with all the items needed to make it like home. With the other things we brought to round it out we were able to make breakfast and lunch to really relax at the property. Dinners out were awesome. We wish the weather had been more cooperative but that is always an unknown. The couple of sunny days without wind were amazing, especially with beach chairs and umbrella provided. Thanks to the owners for such a great condo to share.

We were able to arrange a fantastic family vacation through Florida Rentals. We delt directly with the owner of the unit we rented and they were a pleasure to deal with and to correspond with. Everything about the unit we rented was exactly as it was advertised.
