FloridaRentalsReviews of floridarentals.com

Super clean apartment, very nice amenities, 3/4 mile from Bonita Beach.

Easy to provide feedback and comments.

Direct contact with owner makes it easy and gives me a peace of mind I don't get when having to deal with a big rental management co. I loved being able to text the owner if I needed to and getting a reply so quickly.

Closest condo to the the gulf I’ve ever seen. It’s less than 100’ from the waters’ edge. The condo is newly renovated with upscale appliances, very comfortable beds and finishes and furnishings! Kevin, the host is very responsive and accommodating. The location is excellent, located in a private quiet area yet only a few minute ride to restaurants and nightlife.

"Absolutely magical stay! It felt like a romantic escape to Italy right on the canal. The views were breathtaking, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Exceptional value for money—we cannot wait to return!"

We found Songbird Cottage vacation rental and we’re so happy we did. Our stay was for the whole month of January 2026 and we absolutely loved it. It was described very well and we were pleasantly surprised. The host was very accommodating and we will definitely book again.
