Update - Refuse to refund an unopened order…
Refuse to refund an unopened order (won't tell me where to send it either). Are keeping over £100 of my money. "our standard policy doesn’t allow full refunds on sale items. However, I want to make this right for you." By offering me 30% off a future order. As if I would EVER order from them again after this experience. Scam. Reporting to police. ***BEWARE . Update. In their own words. BEWARE.*** Our policy does state a 30-day return window with full refund eligibility after receipt. However, the policy also clearly lists an important exception: “Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.” As it was only available as a sale item...THIS IS A SCAM. YOU CANNOT RETURN AS THEY WON'T PROVIDE AN ADDRESS AND WILL NOT GIVE A FULL REFUND (max I was offered was 40%).

This company set up regular payment…
This company set up regular payment programme without having any idea They took 3 months with no warning I would not recommend anyone use this company There are plenty of alternatives

I originally ordered Florenix Cocoa…
I originally ordered Florenix Cocoa Flavanols using the Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer. I do not recall knowingly agreeing to an ongoing subscription when I placed the order, so I was surprised to later find that one had been set up. Trying to cancel it was unnecessarily difficult. After finding the subscription page and selecting cancel, I was taken through several screens encouraging me not to cancel, warning me that I would lose “VIP pricing”, suggesting I skip or delay my next order instead, and explaining the benefits I would supposedly lose. I just wanted to cancel the subscription, but the process felt far more complicated and drawn out than it needed to be. Eventually I did manage to cancel it, and the website confirmed that the subscription had been cancelled. Companies offering subscription products should make it very clear at the point of purchase that you are signing up to recurring payments, and cancelling should be a simple and straightforward process. My experience has unfortunately left me reluctant to buy from Florenix again.

Dreadful company to deal with when…
Dreadful company to deal with when trying to cancel subscription. Will not accept the fact I wish to cancel. Avoid like the plague Did eventually get a response and subscription was cancelled, alot of unnecessary stress caused.

Fraud on a large scale - DO NOT USE
Total con - don't fall for it I beg you! You'll be on the phone for hours trying to cancel a 'recurring payment' from your bank account - that you never sent up in the first place! Don't go near them, for context, there is no returns address on their refund policy. Just got off phone with bank who described what this company does as fraud. They clearly have some fake reviews to raise the score. They also have a review message board on their website - obviously this is not publicly available and suggest 4.8/5 - laughable if it wasn't so deceitful.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company, use a more trustworthy source. I question their integrity as I actively did not subscribe and yet I have had money taken from my account a month later by them. I did a one off purchase of 3 months supply and obviously don’t want more a month later. Feeling scammed.
