Unfortunately a couple of the items I ordered were out of stock when they went to ship it (during the sale) and Elizabeth reached out immediately to let me know and helpfully made several suggestions for substitutes.

The Florence Eiseman representative(I think her name is Mary) was so nice and pleasant! She found out a bathing suit I had purchased online got sold out. She graciously offered to allow for me to pick out any other swimsuit for the sale price I would have paid for the sold out bathing suit...so happy with the one I got!
