Excellent service and product.

I ordered outfits for my 3 grandchildren and when I received the order, one item was missing. I contacted Customer Service and they immediately sent the item. Mistakes are made sometimes, but it was quickly remedied with no questions. I was even given a code to use for a discount on my next order. A+

I don't feel I can write a review until my problem has been rectified. Thank You

I was asked to purchase a dress for my granddaughter. Her mother wanted her to have a nice dress to perhaps keep for her next generation. I sew, so purchasing such an expensive dress was not something I would have normally done. The workmanship was excellent and I am glad I made the purchase. I am concerned that the dark fabric will fade and that the white cuffs will be difficult to keep clean. Other than that, I’m happy.

The personal service was outstanding.

Great buying experience--speedy delivery. Lovely quality as always.

Perfect for my grandson! Continuing the Florence Eiseman tradition that started with his mother !
