I love the clothes, but sometimes they cost to much, When you have 10 great grandchild. I do try to buy the 3 children that lives in Wisconsin, their Christmas outfit. The last sale I got the two girls their outfits.

The gift wrap was not up to standard. Amazon gift bags are nicer than you wrap. Clothes are luxury and the gift wrap is cheap.

I love the Florence Eiseman clothing and buy it often for my grandchildren. The quality is excellent, and their customer service line employees are friendly and helpful. However, I docked one star for having trouble with usps delivery( one Oder took two weeks to go from Wisconsin to Michigan), and for some reason, I do not get order updates with tracking. To be fair, my last order ended up being sent ups, and arrived more quickly, but I still did not get an order confirmation nor tracking, and had to call to find out it had been delivered. Despite the aggravations, their clothing is top notch, and I will continue to purchase.

Well constructed, but the fabric is a bit light and made a third layer of fabric should have been used.

I love the clothes. The website is the worst experience ever. Margaret saved the day for me. So helpful- in the old fashioned way. She walked around the warehouse finding items for me while we were on the phone together. I hope you can get the site set up correctly before you schedule another sale. Thank you!

I find the website difficult to maneuver around. I have to go out and come back in sometimes which drives me a little crazy. I’d like to be able to put a size in and see everything in that size but that doesn’t always work either.

Great but buy a size up bc the cotton items shrink in the dryer.
