I took it faithfully w/ no results
I took it faithfully according to the directions and my cravings continued with no change at all, and I did not lose a single pound. I even doubled it for a few days, but no change in results.

So far so good!!
Although I have only been taking the tablets for 4 days, I feel more energetic then normal, fuller for longer and sleep really well at night. For me the tablets work best when I take them at night before bed as when I took them first thing in the morning they left me bloated all day. Will write another review 2 months in.

Very good product
Very good product, my appetite has decreased and not as sleepy after I eat. Also the product is very gentle on the stomach.
