I loved using Flodesk for my newsletters. I am not what you would call tech-savvy but Flodesk made me look like a graphic designer with their sleek and beautiful templates! I would recommend it to anyone looking for chic templates and an easy to use platform. The only reason I ended my subscription was because I had stopped sending the newsletters and their customer service was supportive when I asked to cancel. I was about two weeks late cancelling my annual auto renew; I requested a refund for the year-in-full payment and they gave me the refund because it was in a 30 day window of the auto renewal which I greatly appreciated. Good customer support. Just wish they’d had a phone number as I much prefer talking to a person than emailing/chatting.

I have been using flodesk since September and have had such a great experience with them. The customer service is excellent and very responsive… which I wasn’t expecting from an online style business … it’s real people who get back to you and help! Plus the product is such a support to my events and shop! I have multiple different forms and I love the control I have with them. Style, content, easy to use and multiple email addresses is what sold me! I have 2 businesses and I can manage both with my single flodesk account. That was a game changer!!!

I’ve been using flodesk for a year now and I love using it! Integration with Canva has been so amazing. The existing templates are beautiful. The workflows and automation have been the foundation to me building my email list and potential clients. Plus I was blown away by how helpful support was when I needed some help, not all companies have such helpful support. Highly recommend!

I cannot tell you how much I love Flodesk. It is truly fantastic, and the company continues to innovate constantly - have I mentioned they now connect to Claude and ChatGPT?! Flodesk makes it so easy to manage my weekly newsletter, sign-up forms on my website, workflows for my freebie lead magnets, and checkouts for my courses. Their templates are beautifully designed and incredibly easy to use. If you are a service-based business, I cannot recommend Flodesk enough! They’re also founded by two incredible women who have fostered a community of support and encouragement - they truly care what their customers think. Besides their latest Claude and ChatGPT integrations, they also connect with Squarespace, Shopify, Canva, Zapier, and many other software tools commonly used by small businesses.

Everything has been amazing so far and easy to navigate. Everytime i need help from support, they have been super responsive and even send me videos explaining how to resolve my questions.

I had created a landing page with three buttons and needed assistance creating workflows that allowed my audience to opt-in to more than one option. I struggled to do it on my own so reached out and the service and follow up was timely and helpful. I was able to get everything figured out and all the opt-ins to work as I had hoped.
