Simple, clean layout. Always improving features. Amazing customer support. What's not to like? I know this is short, but when you're looking at a software company to choose, these are the MUST HAVES that make or break success.

I discovered Flodesk through an online business educator called ByRosanna and I have not looked back. The ease of use and appealing aesthetics are right up my alley as a self-proclaimed DIY-er when it comes to growing my biz! I've used other email marketing platforms but none 'got me' like this one, if you know what I mean lol I also love the reporting and interface on the back end to see when and how frequently my emails are opened - very user-friendly. I'm sure I've not been using it to it's full capability yet but can't wait for Stripe to be available in my region (Trinidad & Tobago) so that I can also make use of Checkout. Love flodesk ! 10/10 - highly recommended to anyone looking for email marketing support!

As a small business owner in South Africa, I have been using Flodesk for a few years now and I can honestly recommend it to anyone looking for an easy and reliable email marketing platform. The system is extremely user-friendly, even if you are not very technical. I especially love the beautiful template options, which make it simple to create professional-looking emails. The workflow and automation features are also very easy to understand and set up. I would also like to compliment their support team. Whenever I have had a question, they have always responded quickly and have been very helpful. I also appreciate their flexibility with month-to-month arrangements, which really helps small businesses. Overall, I am very happy with Flodesk and would 100% recommend it.

I had to refer my sister who started working with a cookie company to use Flodesk for their emails. That was how good my experience with Flodesk was. I really love the fact that the UI is not chunky and its quite straightforward. I use flodesk everyday for emails and there has been no issue. Before Flodesk, I have used many email tools and I can categorically say that Flodesk has been the easiest. I had to train new staff on our tech stack at work. Flodesk was the first thing they understood easily.
