I’m honestly so frustrated with Flodesk and wouldn’t recommend it for already established businesses. While their designs are visually appealing, the migration process has been an absolute nightmare. I lost hundreds of email contacts valuable customers who use my services due to their 'cleaning process.' The only way to recover these contacts is by manually sifting through your emails to identify which ones haven’t been emailed, and either upload them one by one or reask them to opt in (I have a database of over 5000 contacts) which is completely impractical for a busy business. On top of that, Flodesk is incredibly basic. It lacks essential functions like proper date automation, bulk uploads for multiple categories or segments, and many advanced features. Everything has to be done manually, which wastes so much time. This has been the most frustrating migration process I’ve ever experienced, and I truly regret moving over to Flodesk. I’ll now have to migrate again to a provider with better functionality and a smoother experience. I wouldn’t recommend Flodesk at all."

I thought Flodesk would solve my problems, but ultimately Flodesk increased my problems. My business suffered a lot because of Flodesk. After moving to Flodesk, my emails are landing into the spam and promotions tab, and the open rate decreased. Things I like about Flodesk: - I like the UI, but sometime it confuses me alot - Pricing is reasonable however features are minimal too Things I don't like about Flodesk: - They will suspend your account without any notice or warning - After account suspension, they will not initiate a refund for the remaining days - They will not even let you export your contacts - Their customer support service is worst - I have send mails to all employees, CEO, CO, marketing team but did not get any respond from anywhere - I have tried to contact them through social media, but they don't reply their - If you are running a business through Flodesk, change your software now, otherwise one day they will randomly suspend your account and send one email and after that they will ignore your mails and messages on social media like they are dead - My business suffered alot because of them - Don't have feature to target those emails who did not open email - Open rate is very low - Most of the emails lands in promotion and spam - Conatcts takes time to load I am ready to give chance to Flodesk, they can contact me seeken.developer[at]gmail.com

SUPER sneaky organization. At first it was advertised as free, then... no longer free, $30 for the most basic, then every single month they keep quietly raising the fee without even any notification. After 2 months on now it's $38. What's next Flodesk? Save yourself the misrepresentation and constantly increasing fees, with no notification!
