FlodeskReviews of flodesk.com

I’ve been using Flodesk for a while now, and honestly, it’s been a turning point in my business. I used to work with platforms that felt complex, unintuitive, and even frustrating… but with Flodesk, everything became simple, visual, and even enjoyable. The interface is beautiful and easy to use, and it allowed me to focus on what truly matters: connecting with my community, instead of wasting time on technical details. On top of that, the automations are clear and functional, and the email design truly makes a difference. If you’re looking for an email marketing platform that doesn’t overwhelm you and actually elevates the quality of your communication, Flodesk is an excellent choice.

Flodesk has been the #1 tool for growing my business since joining (6+) years ago. And the best part is that they continue to grow with me, like adding Checkout & other tools. THANK GOD their templates & workflow are so intuitive. I feel so supported as a 1-woman entrepreneur because they continually ask their users what WE want and then build it for us.

Absolutely love Flodesk. I switched over from Kit after they raised their prices by 160% and had zero customer support around it. Flodesk is flawless. I love how professional and beautiful templates are, reporting is super insightful and I actually understand what my audience is drawn to and what they like. My email deliverability is fantastic, email open rates are now close to 50%, and quite a few of my customers mentioned how much they look forward to my newsletters. And for me - because the emails look so beautiful - I actually look forward to creating! Before Flodesk writing newsletters felt like a chore, now it feels like creating art. Love it!

I moved to Flodesk from Active Campaign a year ago and am loving the templates, customer service and reduced price!

I have been a Flodesk user for 4 years. The platform is easy to use and the templates are beautiful. What I love the most, however, is the commitment of the founders to deliver a high-quality product while listening to their users and the top-notch customer service. I recently reported an issue and my problem was solved in less than 1 hour! Highly recommend!

Beautiful templates & easy to use formats. I'm not especially tech savy but Flodesk makes it easy to make my content look good.

I just wanted to build an email list. Flodesk is very helpful. They gave me all information I needed to start out on my email journey. Very grateful.

Come for the fresh design, stay for the amazing customer service. We were looking to refresh our brand and our first marketing email with Flodesk caught a lot of attention and generated great feedback and engagement with our audience. Since then we've set up workflows and automations with Zapier. All of this was new to us and Flodesk was there every step of the way from easy to follow help-desk articles to personal customer service solutions. Our audience and most importantly, our engagement is growing and we're thankful we found Flodesk!
