I’ve used Flodesk since the beta days, and it’s still the email platform I recommend most often. I work in branding and web design, so visuals matter to me, and Flodesk was one of the first email platforms that felt really beautiful without also feeling confusing. It was easy to get in, figure out, and actually use. Over the years, it’s been a reliable tool in my business and for many of my clients too. I’ve used it to build forms, set up workflows, and create email sequences, and it makes email marketing feel a lot more doable for small business owners. I also appreciate that it helps people create a polished, professional brand experience without needing to be super techy. It’s simple, effective, and visually strong, which is a combination that can be hard to find.

Flodesk has to be my favourite business tool!! As a graphic designer, it's super important to me that all the content I put out is design-centric and eye catching. Flodesk makes it so easy to implement brand fonts and colours into email flows and sign up forms. Great customer service. I had an issue with my card and they sorted it out very fast and with extra care. And more generally I love using flodesk. It's very easy to use and perfect for creatives!

Flodesk is easy to use and has wonderful features. Their templates are thoughtful and if you want to start from scratch, it is really intuitive and easy to use to build to your own brand specifications. They are incredibly responsive with their cusomer service if you have any challenges or issues.
