I’ve been using Flodesk for years now. Before, I was bouncing around from platform to platform. Since switching to Flodesk, I’ve never felt the need to search for a “better” platform. It was always intuitive to use but they keep making it better and better. You can tell that the founders want to really support small business people and the way they keep in touch with their users is like nothing I’ve ever seen before in a company of their size. Because of Flodesk, I felt really good about quitting social media 5 years ago because I knew that my newsletter would be enough to keep my community engaged with my business because it is always a joy for them to read and for me to send.

The emails are quite lovely, and the platform is streamlined and easy to use. I love the options available for setting up workflows. The automation helps togive my business a professional and streamlined look.

Just want to give a huge shoutout to Flodesk for everything they’ve done to make this by far one of our favorite business tools we use on a daily basis. It has transformed our business in the way we communicate and nurture our subscribers. We have been using Flodesk for a little over 5 years now and we don’t plan on stopping. Since then, we’ve started our own brand and web design company and are still using it to nurture and grow our revenue on that side of our business. It has been simply life changing for us. We always receive so many compliments on our beautifully designed emails so for us, it’s a no brainer to only refer Flodesk if our clients want to start building their own communities. The best part is, you don’t have to be tech savvy to use it. Flodesk has made it simple with their user-friendly interface for anyone to send beautiful emails with a variety of different layouts to choose from and implement your own branding, like adding your own logos, colors and fonts. As someone who’s in the design field, that aspect is pretty important to me. And the results genuinely speak for themselves. Each of our email campaigns have easily led to over hundreds, if not thousands, in sales. Not only is their platform so simple to use, their community is top notch. We love the people and the faces behind Flodesk who have been our biggest supporters. They are some of the most friendly and inspiring people you will ever meet! As a creative, it can get lonely sometimes working from home, so knowing we have a whole community of Flodesk users who share the same struggles has been a breath of fresh air. I have been using Flodesk for a few years now and I not only love how easy and intuitive it is to use, but I also love, love, love how beautiful the emails are. Being able to make my emails essentially an extension of my website/branding makes this Libra incredibly happy (we love a good aesthetic). I had used Mailchimp prior and found the emails to be clunky and not as responsive - with flodesk I actually get a lot of engagement. Not to mention, flodesk as a company is constantly looking for feedback from their customers and actually listening which is much appreciated!

It makes it simple to create beautiful emails for my weekly communications. They are always adding amazing updates, and I think you'd love it if you need to migrate your list or start from scratch.
