I have had multiple recent experiences with Flocknote. It seems most of my questions seem to occur on the weekends, so it's tough to wait til Monday. (However, I found once in awhile someone will even jump on if they can.) I am always confident that a knowledgeable, cheerful, and intelligent helper will give us the info we need. I am hopeful that the program will continue to expand its features. The past few years have been very exciting in that context. Please don't forget about us who can't use the People service while you focus on that new rollout. It's a great new feature, but we won't be adding the extra cost anytime soon. Having Flocknote has made the isolation and separation of the pandemic much less for our parish. Plus, the Word on Fire on the Flocknote platform is outstanding. I am a fan!!

I switched churches and my new church cannot get my Flocknote to work? Not sure why? Any suggestions? We have tried everything.

I have only been using Flocknote for a few weeks and only in a limited capacity. However, from what I see, the program is very user friendly, neatly laid out, and has a very fun theme throughout which I like. God bless you all in what you do, Kathryn

I have been following Bishop Barron for a while and when the Evangelization program with Sister Elizabeth Scalia was available and we were trying to refill the pews after our area was seeing a reduction in cases and many had been able to get shots. This appealed to me was presented to my Pastor. He liked the idea. I set up a class, invited 20 people, had 10 appear and used the evangelization course to teach them how to evangelize and we took on the job of calling our church members not attending currently, inviting them back, giving them the Easter schedule, talking about the new equipment, so that masks could be used in designated rooms by remote and receiving the Eucharist from masked EMHC's. We had two weeks to complete the project. After completion, we had many thank us for the call and let them know we missed them and welcomed them back to our church family. Many people loved this and felt a closer tie with the church. Flocknote is how we comunicated with our team..

I've been using Flocknote for about 4 years now and I love it. After being introduced to it at my former parish, I encouraged my new pastor to try it out. Flocknote helped us communicate with our parishioners in such an easy and innovative way during the pandemic. We use it to text reminders, inform people about cancellations, guide our parishioners with resources, and we even email our church bulletin now! Their customer support is incredible! They reply to emails in a timely manner and always make sure to answer any question or concern you may have. They are referred to as "happiness engineers" and I couldn't agree more, their efficiency truly does make me happy. 😊 Whether your parish is big or small, Flocknote is right for you. I recommend it to any parish or ministry looking for an e-communications software. Trust me, you won't regret it.

My interest in the tool is to improve communication between people in our parish, which I believe was your original intent. When we approached our Priest, he wanted to use it initially for evangelization during Lent because of WoF and that the diocese just formed an Evan committee. The E word is polarizing rather than unifying. Bishop B is great, however not as a focus point in a communication tool. We are only a month in and already there are problems and rising resistance due to the emphasis on Evan. Our Priest, in my opinion, either doesn't recognize what is happening or indifference as to whether it succeeds or not. The other problem is the level of youthful enthusiasm and cuteness of training seminars. Also for old guys, less tech sav, like me simple looks complicated. I truly believe what you offer is a God Send in the true sense of the word, however not all your customers share your level of excitement, which leads me to the point I made recently to you after attending a live seminar for admins--- Is it sustainable? That is the million dollar question for those who have been burned (out) before. Thank you for what you are doing. It is truely amazing and so needed in our Churches today in building FAITH communities. A user manual with timely revisions would be would be helpful in contrast to online video libraries to watch. When an improvement change happens, you could just send a notice of the rev. This would make information easier to absorb and understand. You wouldn't have to keep repeating the same messages - maybe it is a time and resource saver for you too?

Flocknote is a helful tool. We use it to communicate with our leaders and everyone loves it. Prior to using it, we used to send group text messages from our phones but everyone's reply would become a little annoying. Thank you Flocknote for giving us a solution.

I noticed some charges on the bill that I wasn't sure what they were. After some research, I figured out that I was not really using those features and contacted Flocknote by email to get them removed. The happiness engineer replied within minutes and after a question or two had those unused features taken off. It was quick and easy to get my bill all cleaned up. Thank you!!
