Helps our youth ministry grow!
As a Youth Director, keeping in touch with my teens and their parents is so important. Flocknote makes me look good! Our priest is impressed with the platform and the communication flow and so are my teen parents. My volunteers find it helpful too. The curated text/email templates are great too! Can't rave enough about Flocknote!

The Flocknote team is always very helpful and seek to find a response as quickly as possible. They make me feel that I'm their top priority. The database is user friendly and convenient. It's fabulous to have such a cost effective way to send mass communications.

Still learning
So far, I am on the receiving end of messages. All is well. I have not tried to initiate a message to others, as I do not have a requirement at this time. I would need to check instructions first... Thank you.

Suggestion for Flocknote
I just started using Flocknote recently. I like the ability to send out group or individual e-mails or texts, but I wish there was a way to store files (e.g., MS Word or Excel files) so the group can access them. For example, I'd like to post an ongoing schedule for the group, that members could access without my having to repeatedly send it to them. We also have historical documents that were created prior to our using Flocknote. Again, I'd like the ability to post them for members to access, as needed, without my having to resend them to members again.

Newt Holloway here with some suggestions for the platform
Newt Holloway here with some opinions: 1. I like the way you've streamlined the ease of operation over MailChimp. 2. I'm having difficulty changing the font colors inside copy boxes once they are saved and then re-opened. This is quite annoying. 3. Please program in a "text justify" feature like MailChimp has (you are using their template, aren't you?). 4. A couple more free mail templates would sure be nice. 5. Do you have Webinars on using FN? I'd like to learn more about the texting features. All-in-all, it sure is nice and fun to use.

The good news is that we are currently revamping The Library so you'll soon have tons of pre-made but customizable emails to use in the future, which will save you time writing and formatting -- woohoo.
