First of all we would like to have your booking details starting with FNT as we couldn't find you in our system by only name DL as you haven't mentioned any of the details in it. Secondly we are sad to hear this and we are extremely sorry that this situation has happened to you incase if the charge is because of Flights Nest then we take full responsibility and will resolve it in any manner we can else you need to check with your bank where these charges have been attempted and where did you used your card details online or in person but as said earlier to investigate further we need your details first as you haven't mentioned any of the details and there are also FAKE REVIEWS our competitors put to DEFAME COMPANIES which i am sure other companies have faced as well as its very easy to put a review here by fake emails also to let you know that we work under data protection law and the details you mentioned are fully encrypted and secured so there are zero chances that your data will get compromised else we receive so many bookings in a day and they would have said the same and no one would have given us a 5 star review. So I would like to request you to either mention your booking details here on your review or you can email us at [email protected].
