Price is king
Worked with Henry on these tickets. The original price on their website was not updates, so I had to pay a higher fee and move up to main cabin. The price was still significantly less than I would have gotten going through Delta itself which makes it worth it. There was a mix up on emails so make sure to watch it carefully so you get what is correct. Overall the price ensured that this was a positive experience.

Skeptical at First
I was skeptical at first since the price for the original ticket we purchased at Flightsnest.com was so low and we received an email that those tickets were sold out. Henry called to offer different tickets in the main cabin that were more expensive, but still much lower that the price listed on Delta.com. I spoke with Henry, and I almost didn't go through with the purchase. I waited for a couple of days and Henry called me back. He ensured me the tickets were legitimate. I decided to roll the dice since I couldn't find the same ticket online anywhere close to the price he was offering. The next day after paying for the ticket, Henry called to help me log on to Delta.com to show me that the flight was there using the confirmation code I will use to check in at the airport. It reassured me and he was very helpful. I appreciate the time and effort Henry put in to help me with this transaction.

Flight to Florida
I had never used Flights Nest and was hesitant after I had initiated the ticket purchase through Flights Nest, for various reasons. Despite my concerns, Mark Frazier put those to rest based on his availability, reassurance and professionalism.
