FLIGHTS NESTReviews of flightsnest.com

This "company" is an absolute scam. Classic bait and switch. They quite literally and verbatim told me that the prices they advertise are for marketing purposes only and they were sure that I would understand that. Well no........ if you advertise a price, I expect you to honor it. BOTH times I attempted to use this service, I "booked" and was told I would receive a confirmation via email. Never happened. When I called their customer service, it rang and rang and rang. WhenI finally got someone on the line, they said the prices were not available and for only $334 more, I could still book on the same flights. Ummmmmm...... no. Then they all but begged me to let them find me equivalent flights. When I told them to simply cancel my PENDING booking, they gave me a TERRIBLE time about not allowing them to find me a flight on ANOTHER DAY that would be closer to the price I was looking for. DO NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT EVER USE THIS SITE OR SERVICE!!!!!!!!! In addition, they charged my card THREE TIMES and I had to dispute the charges. This was AFTER they assured me that my PENDING bookings had been cancelled. Terrible. Horrible.

The site is a scam site. They give you outrageously low fairs and say they will send you an email later to comfirm. 5hours later they email you and tell you to call them immediately to talk about your flight. When you call they tell you the flight isn't a available anymore at that price and they just so happen to find you a flight that is double what they offer on the site. The reason I say this is a scam is because my friend book a flight for two and that is what happened, then the next day I went on the site and booked the same flight for the original price and the same thing happened. When I brought how my friend did the same thing they got angry and started yelling in Arabic at me then hung up.

I booked a flight for 2 people for flights nest. Went through the whole process on line. It gave me a good rate and so after going over the details paid with a credit card. I got a final page confirmation with a copy of the receipt for what I paid. I thought we were all good. I then went ahead and booked car rentals and hotels. We never got a actual airline confirmation number. So a two days before the flight I went online and emailed and ask that they send the Delta Airlines confirmation number to one of the person's flying, and left her email. There was no response so we figured we would just check in at the airport. When we arrived at the airport we were told there was NO tickets for us on that flight! What???!!! Yes, Flights Nest never booked the flight for us and despite the email with the Flights Nest confirmation, they never booked the flight with Delta. The palne was full, we missed our trip, and because it was less than 24 hours lost our car rental money we paid which was no cancellable, and the first nights hotel, and half of the second hotels deposit. When I went back and read all Flights Nest fine print it said they would email final confirmation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They post low prices but do not direct book your flight at the time you pay with your credit card. Then they do not respond or let you know that your reservation never went thru and don't answer emails! I have booked well over 100 flights and this was the first and last with Flights Nest. They ruined this trip and cost us over $400 in cancellation fees for the car rental and hotels. There was zero response from Flights Nest.

Shortly after a purchase, my family received a call requesting that we pay more, typical bait and switch. The booking confirmation still outstanding and I can't seem to find the information they have listed on this site regarding a good Better Business Bureau rating anywhere. Seems fictional as well. 100% do not recommend.

You guys are liers And you guys charge me more for nothing I didn’t get to sit with my brothers and we also didn’t get the first class seats I would never buy anythingfrom you guys o recommend you guys Not happy at all with you guys service 😡

I called to inquire about my e-tickets and the sales consultant was rude. I spoke with Jenny and she didn’t try to help with my concerns. I would only recommend this site for the deals.
