Eddie
The supervisor Eddie was extremely helpful in finding me alternate flights when the ticket I thought was “a deal” ended up being impossible to fulfill their requirements. eg… no carry on, not even a purse I was originally told, arrive 6 hours ahead etc, no refunds, seat selection or choice. (Who doesn’t carry at least a purse??) The regular staff just kept repeating themselves and were ridiculously unhelpful. I asked to speak to the supervisor and Eddie with great patience searched until he helped find me a resolution. Thank you Eddie, you turned a panicked stressful situation into a situation that with work was doable. Thank you for your kindness!
