First let me say in this day and age of lack luster customer service Mr. Eddie Clark and Ms. I Pierce gets it! They were professional, prompt and customer oriented. I needed to get to a very important funeral and they made that possible by arranging timely airline reservations. Mr. Clark and Ms. Pierce aimed to please…. and they did. A very thanks for your very very special effort. Kindness cost nothing…Mr. Clark and Ms.Pierce went on a speeding spree to address my every request! Brenda Holmes
