Mr Nolan Smith helped us cancel our bookings very politely and and calmly on 10/3/2024. Amazing work

Enzo Marino handled my call regarding the reservation I made recently; his assistance was invaluable. I appreciate it and future I will work with him for our future travel needs.

Ruby assisted with our ticket change and made it so easy. She was great.

Everyone was great, Ruby was great as well.

Nolan Smith was excellent and helped me navigate my cancellation since I did not receive a confirmation number for my purchase. I purchased another ticket from another provider and paid twice as much. Bummed I did not save that money but at least I wasn’t double charged. Thanks Nolan!

Nuria has been so helpful, and understanding. Good customer service.
