If you want to have a lot of stress, listen to pointless explanations, and not receive tickets, I recommend this company.

They are total scam, they will deceive you with a cheap ticket offer and later tell you they will refund your deposit. They will call you to process your refund while you are on the phone with them so you do not take time to read the small print attached to the bottom of the mail. I brought two ticket with them and they tried to increase the fare changes when i declined, they promised full refund only to be refunded £10 out of my £200 paid. They are totally fraud I advise everyone to stay clear of them

Yall stop lying on the reviews i work with Southwest airlines and this a fraud company I just had Two Customer came up never received conformation number I could find them in system we call this company they put them on hold after they ask for their name and came back on the phone told us to stay on the line and 1 min later call hung trired to call back number was blocked THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM SO YOU USE IT YOU WILL NOT HAVE A TICKET WHEN YOU GET AIPORT SCAM SCAM DONT NOT PURCHASE!!!!!!

Negative STARS.... This company still owes me $538.86 for my canceled flight, which I had to pay $1300 for my wife and I to get return flights home from Las Vegas last October. Do not, I repeat, do not use this company. It is a scam and a fraudulent operation that steals your money and ruins your special occasions. They ruined my anniversary and still refuse to refund my money. I leave it in God's hands, and this company will lose more than they have stolen, even if they go out of business and change their name. They will not succeed because I believe God doesn't like ugly, especially when it affects his children. This business should not be allowed to stay open.

So I don’t have to write a whole paragraph basically I bought two tickets. I realize that they’re not gonna send you the confirmation number or the boarding passes until hours before your flight not 24 hours. I called them in after reading the reviews. The horrible reviews are very very, very true. The man tells me all everything‘s gonna be fine. Don’t worry about it. I promise you I’ll take care of everything get to the airport two hours 30 minutes early realize that the tickets are basically no good all in a nutshell. The confirmation number doesn’t exist. The only thing the airline had is that I had a refund on one of the tickets and the last four digits did not match my last four digits on my card and the name was a Hispanic name. I don’t have one so I call them back. Finally get somebody on the phone then basically they tried to do the same thing. Get me on two other tickets and when I went to the check in the confirmation was bad again so I asked him are you trying to scam me because it’s like you’re trying to hit a confirmation number that’s gonna work kind of like what scammers do with credit cards. Then I tried to call him back and can’t get a hold of nobody so I had to call my bank so they can dispute the charges and give me my money back every bad review that you’re reading is true and that man sit there and lied to me and said everything’s gonna be fine when I talk to the airline people they said anytime you’re dealing with third parties they should be giving you your confirmation and boarding passes 24 hours prior so your check-in time basically. This is my grandbaby‘s third birthday and now I won’t be able to attend because of them.

SO DISGUSTING OF THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMING ! 🤢 CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A WASTE OF TIME AND PLACES YOU ON HOLD AND DOESN'T RETURN! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!
