Our agent Mickey was great and stayed in contact with us through the booking process.

Alex was extremely polite and answer my questions. When I felt nervous that I didn't get my confirmation email yet I called the number he provided and I was able to talk with him and he assured me I would get it by the evening time. Which I did get it that evening. Alex help ease my stress level.
