Excellent customer service

Truth to be told, fares are usually not correct. They are based on the cheapest fare a flight can have, and when you book, they tell you that fare is no longer available. But, I had the pleasure to talk with Santo, who helped me finding a good fare (although it was not as good as the one I entered for). Good thing is that this site is not a scam. They really help you booking flights and everything works perfectly fine. They are 24/7 connected to Whatsapp answering doubts and questions. The customer service attention is great. Thanks Santo!

Me ayudaron con unos tickets para una familia amiga. Tardaron en dar m e la confirmación pero la conseguimos. Gracias Pablo por servicio

Good customer service

This is the first time I have ever used other than the standard booking websites and I was very apprehensive. I have been burned in the past by other sources but Santo Lee made a believer out of me. I wasn't too thrilled that it was going to take 5 to 7 days for our reservation to be confirmed with a booking number but after I called back everything was as I was told. The fare was not that much cheaper but airfares have gone totally out of control. I will use this service again.

I was skeptical about this site but it is legit. However, the price you want may not be the price you end of paying. I would have been less annoyed if they just made it clear on their website that these discounts are first come first serve and may not be available once your tickets are requested. In the end, I still ended up with a great deal on tickets, saving about $800 over more standard websites. Alex was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly.

I booked a flight based on my needs, I did not received a confirmation email so I called the 1800 number. A very nice man named Santo answered and told me that the flight I booked was not available and that’s why I didn’t get the confirmation email. Told me about another option but it was not working with my schedule, I was about to cancel and then he was eager to check for me other options, so I gave him a chance to look something up for me, he gave me another option but again it did not work with my schedule, I this time I was about to give up and cancel and start looking somewhere else, then he is like “give me another 2 mins” … you know how it feels when they say that, right? … well Santo was able to get me a flight that worked even better for me. It was a little more $$ but reasonable. He walked me through, checked passengers information and since I was working he offered to return my call once he was done on his end. Then he called me and explains the details on the flight, gave a confirmation number… he went above and beyond with my request. Thank you so much for your patient, willingness to help and your professionalism
