Nate was aggressive and persistent
Nate was aggressive and persistent. I love that about him! I would have given 5 stars if it had gone more smoothly during the booking process. We weren't able to get the seats we wanted, and there was some juggling to be done to get it done, but HE GOT IT DONE! He got us a great deal, but I found a better deal, and they did not match it per their website - another reason for 4 stars vs 5.

Thank you, Evelyn! We truly appreciate your detailed feedback and your 4-star review. We’re very happy to hear that Nate was persistent, determined, and able to get everything done despite the seat availability challenges and extra coordination required. We’re also glad he secured a great deal for you, though we understand your disappointment that we were not able to match the other fare you found. Pricing can depend on real-time airline availability, fare rules, routing, and ticketing conditions, but we’re always happy to review comparable options carefully and do our best to provide the strongest possible value. Our goal is always to deliver a 5-star experience, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to assist you with your booking. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with Nate!
