Andreas went the extra mile. There were times he stayed up late, past 2:00 AM to monitor the booking. He is very knowledgeable and explains things very well. He is also patient. Very admirable qualities.

Ella my travel agent is superb & went out of her way ~ always available for help with the detail. However the correct dates of flights aren't display on itineraries which is pretty anoying & almost unacceptable. Not her fault at all but system need to be corrected
