What made my experience great was that I was unstressed by having everything done for me. Connor Brooks was super patient and helpful. He took charge of my trip. I love to travel, but not dealing with getting everything together and Connor covered all the stressful things for me. It was a surprise because I only went to them for the flights not knowing that they would do it all and that was a great find.

I truly cannot say enough praise about Ella. I have worked with her multiple times over the years for business, leisure, and medical travel, and she has been extraordinary every single time. She handles complex, time-sensitive international itineraries with calm, precision, and deep professionalism. This most recent booking involved tight timelines, rapidly changing pricing, and high stakes. I first contacted Ella around 9:00 AM my time, and she worked with me continuously throughout the day, remaining fully engaged well into the night. While I was in the U.S. making decisions in the evening, Ella was still actively helping me past 2:00 AM her time, long after most people would have logged off. She even told me she could not sleep until she knew our flights were fully secured, which speaks volumes about her sense of responsibility and care. What truly sets Ella apart is her character and integrity. Throughout the process, Ella remained transparent, ethical, and focused solely on what was best for us. Trust like that is rare. She ultimately secured our nonstop Lufthansa business-class flights and even arranged an additional checked bag at no extra cost, which made a huge difference for us. She advocated for us every step of the way. Ella is not just an exceptional travel professional — she is thoughtful, responsive, and deeply invested in the people she works with. She took care of us with a level of personal care and attention that felt truly rare. If you need help with business travel, personal travel, or complex medical itineraries, I cannot recommend her highly enough. I will absolutely continue working with her and recommend her without hesitation.

I was impressed with the level of service, promptness of replies and savings we achieved in booking a complex series of international and domestic flights. Max went above and beyond, for which I am grateful!

Connor was consistently patient and responsive throughout my interactions with him. I truly appreciate his patience, expertise, and professionalism—qualities that I found especially commendable and endearing.

Sean is an excellent TripAdvisor. I used him and he was with a former company and was very pleased with the price he got me for my tickets. He is thorough andgives you choices. Very quick to respond. Sometimes I think he works 24 hours a day!

Andreas made superior help for us in our travel and most courteous at all times - will work with him again

Considering the holiday rush and my restricted calendar, I feel fortunate that Adreas was able to identify several travel options for me. It is notable Andreas worked over a holiday weekend to progress the booking, even with last minute unavailability of a desired agenda. I would suggest an operational aspect, when multiple options are available. Namely, in the title label "Option #1, 2, 3, or 4. $---.--" When multiple options (especially with different departure and arrival cities) are combined into an email, it makes difficult to deconvolute. This is especially when one is reading on a cellphone...
