Terrible product and poor customer service. Would not recommend. Had to return and go 2 sizes larger than my normal size, even though product clearly states it’s relaxed fit. Fit was still poor and awkward. Company charged $13 dollar fee to return. Also refused to accept return on 1 pair because tags were removed, even though I still have tags. I could go to any retailer and return clothes when the tags are removed, so long as I kept the tags. Flexwolf’s policy is not an industry standard. I highly recommend all avoid this brand due to their poor fit, non free-return policy, and refusal to accept returns on product simply because a tag was removed.

Shirts are not all build the same so its a roll of the dice on sizing and quality . Customer service nom existent. Bad brand

Do not use this company. Very misleading sizing and product. Ordered a 3XL muscle shirt that was loose fitting on their "model" who was jacked in the picture only to get it and it was a compression shirt when clearly was not advertised that way. Then they took over 30 percent of the total for fees and refunded me $20. Not to mention I tried cancelling the order as soon as I made it and there is no option to select from to do so. Immediately emailed them and they said they would look into it next thing you know it says order being processed. Then the same with the refund. Never even tried to process the refund until I contacted them two weeks later. I guess they were hoping I had forgot. I repeat, DO NOT do business with these people.

I have bought twice from this company The only reason I bought the second time is because I was assured that they had built a new warehouse and that shipping times were now going to be fulfilled quickly as the orders were placed. Both times that I have bought from this company and is taking almost a month for me to receive my order. With no communication back from the company. I would have an extremely hard time recommending this company to anyone that there is equally as good as clothing available for the same price that can actually fulfill shipment in a reasonable period

I ordered 2 tanks. Happy with delivery. They were to small so we had to return. Not an issue with that return went easy and was communicated with throughout the whole thing. We selected our replacement tanks and then found out they were out of stock and we would get a store credit. Fine with that as well. But my problem with everything is that I have tried to go on the site and log in and use the store credit but nothing showes up. I have been trying to contact Flexwolf via email to get the store credit and order something else but I have gotten no responses. I really liked the product itself, just not able to communicate with anyone.

I ordered some clothes 10daus ago and they are still in the warehouse! I think I I got scammed !!

Absolutely ridiculous what they charge. First it says “protect your return by paying $3 up front.” When you go to purchase it adds $10 before you have a chance to accept or deny, your face ID will auto purchase. They have no cancel button. They don’t answer the email they list. When you go to return it, they charge you $4 for return shipping despite you having paid to “cover your return” before. SCAM
