DON’T TRUST THEIR POSITIVE REVIEWS! They offered me a 50% refund for leaving a positive Trustpilot review BEFORE I even received my order! I never got the promised money. This makes me seriously question their ratings. I have proof and have reported them!

Absolutely terrible experience. Do not order anything from Fleuris! Their website gives the impression of being a Dutch business, but in reality, this appears to be a dropshipping operation with no transparency about where products are actually shipped from. My order was delayed, the tracking information was unclear, and customer service kept sending generic responses without providing any concrete information about the location of my package or the actual delivery date. When I requested cancellation and a refund, they refused, claiming the order was already in transit. To make matters worse, their return policy expects customers to pay for international shipping to the USA at their own expense. This is completely misleading and feels like a scam. They take your money, provide no reliable delivery information, and make getting a refund unnecessarily difficult. Save your money and stay away from Fleuris!

Fuyez ce site! Ceci est un faux site de vente. Ça fait deux semaines que ma commande est soi disant expédiée et qu on me fournit un numéro de suivi incorrect. Ils ne savent pas me renseigner sur où se trouve mon colis. Ils ne réagissent pas aux demandes de remboursement. Grosse arnaque pour pomper vos données de carte bancaire.

Slechte zaak. Winkel in Maastricht bestaat niet. Telefonisch niet te bereiken. Slechte kwaliteit en pasvorm. Betalingen via creditcard laten blokkeren. Niet bestellen bij deze zaak. Misleiding!!!!

Ruim 5 weken geleden bestelling geplaatst en nog steeds geen product ontvangen. Mails gestuurd waarbij er reactie kwam in diverse talen: Zweed, Engels en Nederlands. Reacties zijn niet door persoon maar door computer geformuleerd en komen om vreemde "werktijden" Geen reactie op verzoek om geld terug te betalen. Per telefoon zijn ze tot nu toe niet te bereiken. Kortom: niet betrouwbaar.
