Shabby quality for astronomical prices
Bought 2 sleeves from them. The first one came with a bubble on the right side of the entry, which they say is normal and shouldn't affect its use. I guess it's mostly true but I expected better craftsmanship from a 70€ item. The second one had a massive cavity on the right side as well, making the sleeve noticeably imbalanced. I contacted customer service and Sergio V. told me it's not defective. I like their range of products but their shabby quality, lack of attention to detail and unhelpful customer service are definitely not in line with the astronomical prices they charge. I'm sure other companies offer better quality at lower prices for a product that's not really that special.
