FleshlightReviews of fleshlight.com

Bought a product from Fleshlight. Box came to the house. Opened the box. Had no idea that this box was from Flashlight. Simply looked at the product. Did not touch anything in the box. Called customer support at Fleshlight. They refused to take back the product and credit me as the box was open. Do not buy anything from this company. If you are dissatisfied, you will lose your money.

I happily join the gang(bang) of unhappy customers who complain about these crappy sex toys AND the "worse than third-world" horrible terrible very very bad customer-(we don't)-care! Let's start with the product and then I'll close by showing you the laughably abysmal level of bad service. I had tried their Megan in the past, and a few more, as I have tried HUNDREDS of any kind of sex toys for men, because due to an accident I am handicapped since many years and I have little social and zero sexual life, i.e. I am 100% dependent on sex toys. Honestly, even their "best" and most RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED stuff is BARELY acceptable. No idea why some people say their material feels like the real deal, because IT DOES NOT, unless for "real deal" you mean a woman who gave birth to 20 children and never trained her pelvic floor muscles (with all respect for such hardcore mothers like my dear auntie). Personally I am on the side of those who say that ALL their stuff are WAAAAAAAAAY too soft and loose. ZERO firmness, ZERO feeling of your best friend down there being tightly enclosed in a 360° pelvic hug. I very quickly threw away all their toys that I had the stupidly masochistic misfortune to try. Apart for Megan just because I like the name. But recently I saw their "Grip Blue Ice" in offer at 9€ in Amazon, advertised as realistic (I wonder if they have ever seen a vagina? Realistic? This crap LITERALLY has the form of a game console's joystick with a hole in the vertical axis with geometrical symmetric protuberances inside that have zero firmness, and if feels like putting your willy billy in a gelee pudding. They must be a bunch of necro shut-ins to call this realistic 😂). And as dumb as I am, I bought it. I thought, for this price what can go wrong? EVERYTHING! Besides being THE SINGLE most USELESS sex toy I have EVER tested among many hundreds, it even had a manufacturing defect with a cylinder where the palm of your hand goes (if you are right handed). It was so foreign to the touch, so wrong and disturbing. I immediately made pictures (which I will upload here too, if I find a way, but I don't see any atm) and sent them to them. They ACKNOWLEDGED THE MANUFACTURING DEFECT AND APOLOGISED FOR IT, offering a replacement. At that point I decided to try the toy and I found that it's completely useless, every cent of its price is wasted money because this truly feels like nothing. And mind you I am very well-endowed, most sex toys feel too tight for me. So, it's not me the problem here. And I hence told them that a replacement would be a waste of time and effort for me and them, as they would waste shipping costs and I would still send it back to Amazon for a refund (I can't return the open one because it's a hygiene article, but I can return the sealed replacement 😉). They started blabbering COMPLETE NONSENSE how "we can't refund hygiene articles" which is A LIE, because first of all as seller they can do whatever they want, and most importantly if the article is defect like this one is, it CAN be refunded even if hygiene article, the law dictates that the seller can choose is repair, replace, or refund. They simply did not "want to" offer a refund. After a back and forth of negligent, irritating, snobbish answers from them, I started losing my calm. Seeing as they kept answering the same and even made fun of me and impolitely said that any further message will be answered with a template (which btw I had sent only four!!! First time in 50+ years that I meet such a SHAMELESS customer agent!!!) I wrote a negative feedback in Amazon and these absurdities in human form dared blatantly LIE and claim they never said there's any defect and that I have been aggressive just to get a refund on a hygiene article. In other words, not only they sell a crappy product, not only there's a manufacturing issue, not only they offered a replacement while stubbornly and without reason refusing a refund and treating me with contempt and "professional unfriendliness" (aka insulting without insults), but also they gaslighted me with lies to shut my rightful feedback up. They made all this theatre of lies just for 9€!!! OH YEAH, I almost forgot: the article isn't even as described, which IS 100% a reason for a return & refund!!! They PROMISE two things in Amazon for this article: 1. Realistic (and I have already debunked it). 2. FIRM HOLD (and like I said this crap it's like a gelee pudding with ZERO firmness whatsoever). They absolutely HAVE TO refund!!! Instead, they lie and gaslight! If this isn't the worst Customer (we don't) Care of Europe, it can't be too far from it. Crappy products, crappy service, extremely overpriced. WHY do you keep buying, guys? Even the last Chinese crap is thousand times better than anything they ever did and will ever do! And you get a much better Customer Care. BOYCOTT FLESHLIGHT!!! 🫡

Habe ein Produkt erhalten, dass nach wenigen Anwendungen schon ein Loch hatte. Definitiv ein Produktionsfehler. Support stellt sich komplett quer es zu ersetzen

bought a couple products from them, the products are fine. but way too overpriced, not just that but i received mine deformed, but trying to contact support is driving me nuts! its all through a damn AI assistant, that says it'll put you online with a live agent but after waiting over an hour and a half (the AI said max 20 mins wait) ive given up. i gave up on that route and tried contacting them through email. again only received one response, and response times are WAYYYY longer than they say the max is. i first contacted them over a week ago and still no where near getting the problem solved or even a response. truly a terrible experience, I wouldn't but from them just because of the potential risk of having to deal with the God awful support.

Absolutely a scam avoid..

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. They sent me DAMAGED sleeve. I've sent them pictures, and they admitted that it was damaged. They send me a replacement that was even more damaged ! Sergio V. from support claims there is nothing wrong with second sleeve ! Both sleeves have sharp edges at the entrance, which is scratching me and making me bleed. He is so ignorant, that he claims that is none of his problems. When I complaint about him, he assigned himself to the ticket and closed it. Fleshlight have the worst support that completely ignores you, even if their product is damaging your health !!!! AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!!!!

Bought 2 sleeves from them. The first one came with a bubble on the right side of the entry, which they say is normal and shouldn't affect its use. I guess it's mostly true but I expected better craftsmanship from a 70€ item. The second one had a massive cavity on the right side as well, making the sleeve noticeably imbalanced. I contacted customer service and Sergio V. told me it's not defective. I like their range of products but their shabby quality, lack of attention to detail and unhelpful customer service are definitely not in line with the astronomical prices they charge. I'm sure other companies offer better quality at lower prices for a product that's not really that special.

Purchased a Tori black from a local shop, it was a poor quality and everything seemed off about it. Contacted fleshlight customer service, they said it’s counterfeit and offered me a 30% off another purchase. The store showed me their order from fkeshlight and assured me it’s real. Neither company is willing to replace my item. I would not buy from fleshlight again or the chain adult store.
