The promo mails is click bait, they do not complie with what they promote and example "Get a FREE Fleshlight mystery sleeve with minimum purchase!" my purchace was 80 euro, slightly above minimum, but when contact whith company, minimum is 150 euro that was not stated in promo

I spent $100.00 on one of those fleshlight things and never received it. The tracking number I received says it was delivered. Well, they lied. I get the feeling that the Fleshlight company scams a lot of people, as I've heard this happening to others before. Take my advice, don't spend your money on the Fleshlight company. They are sketchy as fck. Probably have better luck avoiding an STD from a hooker.

The flashlight pink that I purchased is like a brick in weight...these products are made to suit the 10% of men with well above endowment average size...I purchased a $20 similar product and found it a lot more pleasurable...fleshlight do make a pilot range that is better suit to average sizes, tho it dose not have female like entries, not a turn on.

Horrible company. Horrible customer service. Never received my order. Company claims that USPS delivered my package to my mailbox. How can a four pound package filled with sex toys fit inside a small mail slot? I emailed, no response. I called, no response. I wasted $150 bucks on these scammers.

CAUTION I have been watching pricing for weeks and today is the black friday PRETEND sale, ALL the prices have ALL GONE UP today. Then they give you a discount and you still pay more. Der schlechteste Service den ich je erlebt habe. Habe defekte Produkte erhalten. Das Unternehmen weigert sich wehement seiner Sachmängelhaftung nachzukommen. 15 Emails später wurde mir gestattet meine Artikel zurück zu senden. Hierfür soll ich jetzt die Versandkosten von 15€ nach Spanien zahlen. Es ist eine Katastrophe. Von Recht und Gesetz keine Ahnung! Ich kann nur davon abraten hier etwas zu bestellen. Die Qualität ist ohnehin nicht besser als die billiger Fernost- Artikel.

Alright, its fleshligh, we all know the products are wonderful and special, they serve a great purpose in sexual health for many consumers. But, but their customer service department is not very nice at all, I have read countless review and comments on many platforms such as reddit and quora, on how bad it is, so I am not surprised. So this one star is not on fleshlight products or the company itself, they are awesome, but the bad, poor and rude customer service people who manage orders and work behind it all, those who manage zendesk and chat, those who man the phones, those employees really need to get trained or educated on customer values, customer relations and customer care. So yeah A+ to fleshlight/fleshjack but F- to its terrible customer care personnel.
